MA 26190 / ECE 29595: Multivariable Calculus

Projects use vectors, color, images, video, derivatives, vector fields, and line integrals to solve computational problems.

Prerequisite: MA 16290 or prior Python experience

What students do

Represent, create, and detect color using vectors, LEDs, and color sensors.
Quantize images and detect edges.
Acquire and analyze video and optical flow.
Build a planimeter using Green's theorem and line integrals.
